This website provides information about Nightingale Studios, its health-communication services, creative capabilities, insights, and ways to begin a business conversation. Website content is provided for general informational and marketing purposes.
2. Not medical advice or emergency care
Nightingale Studios is a health-communication and creative strategy organization. Unless a separate written client engagement expressly provides otherwise, content on this website is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, clinical guidance, legal advice, or regulatory advice and should not be used as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.
This website is not an emergency service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek appropriate emergency medical care.
3. No patient-provider relationship
Visiting this website, reading content, sending an inquiry, or receiving a response does not create a patient-provider relationship, clinical relationship, fiduciary relationship, or attorney-client relationship.
4. Health information and HIPAA
Do not submit PHI or sensitive patient information through the public contact form or ordinary email. If Nightingale is engaged to perform services that involve PHI on behalf of a HIPAA-covered entity, the handling of that information will be governed by the applicable client agreement, Business Associate Agreement when required, and approved privacy and security procedures. See our Privacy & Health Information Notice.
5. Evidence-informed communication
Nightingale aims to develop health communications using credible information, audience-centered strategy, and thoughtful design. Health information and regulatory standards can change over time. Clients remain responsible for obtaining any clinical, legal, regulatory, institutional, or compliance review required for their organization, audience, claims, products, programs, or jurisdiction unless a written agreement expressly assigns a specific review responsibility to Nightingale.
6. Consumer protection and marketing claims
We aim to communicate our own services accurately and avoid deceptive or unsupported representations. Any claims developed for a client should be reviewed and substantiated by the client and appropriate subject-matter professionals before publication when required. Nightingale does not guarantee health, business, fundraising, engagement, or campaign outcomes unless a written agreement expressly states otherwise.
